Go to the site you are a member of and scroll to the bottom of the page, click the link 'Forgot Password' - as long as you have access to the emil address you regsitered with you will receice your exsisting password.

In most instances when a card is declined, we are unable to see the reason due to banking security for your own protection.

In most cases, its because your bank has declided the payment for lack of funds or the Biller has blacklisted you to use their services. 

If you've had a transaction decline, please contact us by creating a ticket with the site you were trying to join and we can try and help you, We work with a number of billing companies to process payments and we may be able to give you another biller link to try.

If you are a active member and you are having trouble loggin into the site, try closing the browser you are using and trying again. If you are still having issues its best to clear your broswer cache, open settings and select 'clear All Cookies and Site Data' this should ressolve your problem.

  • If not your subscription has expired, you can re-join any site with the same Username & Password you originally had.
  • If you are still a active member you may have been Blocked.
  • For further assistance, please create a ticket.

What is a Cookie?
A cookie is a user-specific piece of information that is stored on your computer. Over time, browsers naturally clear cookies when enough time has passed. However, if you have login problems, clearing them manually will often resolve the issue.

Why was i Blocked?
Getting blocked is because you have, or our system has deteced a violation. Please do not share your account login details with friends as we do not allow this. Your blocked account will be un-blocked after a few hours automaically, however if you get blocked again your account will need to be manually un-blocked after you contact us and we check your account log to confirm your account has not been shared. We will not tollerate or accept your account accidentally being shared.

If you are concerened about joining our sites dues to what will appear on your credit card statement, please know we do not list the site URL as the descriptor, It will only say the billing company you have used e.g. "epoch/fts"

Yes, we accept Paypal payments for most countries. You will see the 'PayPal' option on the Join Form which you can select.  Epoch is the only processor that allows us to accept Paypal.

If you wish to Cancel your Membership you can do this at any time very easily and simply. Click on the Billing processor that you used to pay for your subscription and enter your information;

Once you cancel your subscription you will receive an email to the email address you entered upon purchase, confirming that your membership has been canceled and that you will no longer be billed. You will still be able to access the site's members area until your membership expires.

We do not store any of your credit card information, nor do we have access to any of your billing information. 

Card details are with the biller that your payment was processed through for your proection. The Billing companies we use are Safe, Secure and Trusted;  Epoch and CCBill.
